Our self catering apartment and cottages are available throughout the year for whole weeks or short breaks. If we can help with your requirements and dates, we will!

- We ask that guests leave the premises by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- All bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided for your comfort. There is no charge for electricity or heating. The kitchen will include some cleaning materials (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc). Tea towels and dish cloths are also provided.
- Our accommodation is for non-smokers only.
- Each property has a dedicated parking spot in our grounds. Additional parking space is available if needed. Please ask if you require any further parking spaces at any time during your stay.
- Breakages and spills: Please advise Candy immediately so that the spill can be cleaned, or the breakage replaced etc.

Your provisional booking will be held for 5 days pending receipt of your booking form and cheque for 50% of the fee.
The balance should be forwarded by cheque 6 weeks before your stay commences.
All cheques should be made payable to
"C Newman".
Cancellations: If you have to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-let the accommodation. If we can re-let, your payment will be returned in full less a £25 administration fee. We regret that if we cannot re-let, we are unable to make a refund.
